I upgraded about two weeks ago.

These are my specs:
AMD Athlon 3800+ x2 64-bit processor @ 2.0GHz per core
2GB DDR2 RAM
500 GB Seagate SATA HDD
Two MSI GeForce 8600 GT w/256mb, SLI
Other stuff
Yeah

FEAR Combat at 1440x900, Max quality, average 90 fps.
Half-Life 2, 1440x900, Max quality, caps at 60 fps when Vertical Sync enabled (about 150fps without)

eh, eh?  Wink
Nice! What operating system?
Yeh, what OS?
Ah, sorry.

Because of the fact that other people in my family still have to use it, it has WinXP Home.

Once I get it for myself, I'm reformatting it, dropping in another 500GB for RAID (or three for RAID 0+1), and putting XP, Vista x64 Ultimate, and Debian/Ubuntu Linux.
Nice upgrade!  ;D

My computer upgrades tend to be when something fries (like my PSU) or when they become obsolete heh. I'm thinking when I do have some spare change to get a laptop as I travel around a fair bit these days, but am never sure of them.
I'm getting a new upgrade!

AMD Athlon 64 x2 5600+ @ 2.8GHz
2 GB DDR2-800 RAM
