Wow! Compliments from Blitz!!! The GUI must be great! :rotfl:
I had a look... just need some borders on the windows (a bit hard to work out where one stops and another starts etc...), but other than that, it looks pretty swish.
I will try to fix that.
Thanx.
Acutally oracle, i think it suxs. I was just trying to be nice

LOL
Haha no offence to you Blitz, but compliments seem pretty rare from you...
Cool look TBBQ. BTW i doubt you're developing an os, the word is GUI or Shell.
So is this a GUI or an actual OS?
::EDIT::
bootable OS, if that's any different.
gui/shell i'd say. I don;t even know if its even worth coding an os in qb...has it been done?
It never will be. DOS is the os running qb
*doh*
oh yeh
no wait...hang on...
what about using asm in qb to make a bootable floppy with an os?
wud that even work?
If QB were more low-level, it would be factible. But QB is heavily based in the underlying MSDOS layer, so you can't make a QB based OS. QB needs COMMAND.COM underneath to run, so... fill in the blankets
