Yes, I have downloaded QB 4.5 now, but I have to transfer it to my own computer, that takes somewhat time, since I'm not to fast in some things....

So I got an interpreter (at least, I think I did...) from the net, called TSR-basic. The thing is, I don't know how it works. There is a readme- file where a lot of basic functions are explained, but the only thing I wanted to know is how to get my *.bas file into an .exe one. The help file says you should do anything with the LINK command, but I haven't figured it out yet. Is anyone familiar with this programm and know how to use it?

Wait until you get your QB45 copy. Then, there will be lots of people willing to help you.

It fits in a diskette, just copy it to one empty one and transfer it to your computer

LINK.EXE comes with many DOS compilers, for example QB, Borland C... Anyway, I haven't used TSR Basic nor I know anyone who used it, so you better stick to QB45/PDS/VBDOS.

dont use tsr basic. do yourself a favor and wait, or at the very least go for powerbasic.
