I think the entire layout and color scheme is very pleasing. I find the colors very distinctive and refreshing. When you come back to this page you will certainly know your there. However, some of the words highlight in blue (I think) could be a little brighter. Good job, Oracle!

However, I'm more interested in a) how quickly it loads, b) how it shows in different browsers and resolutions and c) does it still look OK when the window is resized?
Whenever I find unreadable text, I just select it to read it

Sorry...I'm just quite averse to pink (maybe it comes from having all the people in Toronto going around wearing pink jeans with undershirts (or "wifebeaters" as some call them) and a flower behind their ear. Or maybe not.
Anyway, for functionality, it's fine...I would have told you if I had a problem with QBNZ. What's this? This just in, that new layout is really not qbnz! Breaking news. Over to you, Tim.
