The Commodore is not exactly a household word anymore. Few people remember it, and probably fewer will have a good site to recommend.
I did a Google search on "Commodore.64" and got a bunch of found sites. It seems that the Basic for the Commodore was written by Microsoft. Sorry, didn't have time to do an in-depth analysis of these sites. You might want to take a look.
