For those who don't know what "Reseller Hosting" is... basically it means you can host a bunch of other websites on your webspace (like what wildcard has). The idea is that you can make money off of reselling the webspace you have. I don't intend on charging anybody I host however.
I'm kinda worried about it however... Here's what the features include:
4GB disk space
70GB bandwidth
Unlimited E-mail, subdomains, domains, MySQL DB's
PHP/Perl
cPanel/WHM (Web Host Manager)
... tons more... but that's the basic idea.
I pay $15 USD / month for it (Or, $21 CDN roughly). The only deal is that I have to host some site on MY disk space and bandwidth. It's not a big site so it's not too big a deal, but I'd like to have ALL of MY disk space and bandwidth tha I'M paying for (I'm well within my rights to want that). Plus the guy I talked to on AIM doesn't seem to knowledgable (though he doesn't own the server). He seemed much more interested in whether I was "in or not" and didn't openly answer a few of my questions until I'd asked them a few times. However, he did tell me that the guy who owns the server (and takes care of all the technical problems) was very knowledgable and works very quickly... I never got a chance to talk to him even though he was online at that moment (he set up my account... not the guy I talked to).
Frankly, I don't think I'll be with this host for very long... but who knows. I still feel like I made a mistake. Thank god it's super cheap.
I would've really liked to get a dedicated server... However they're much to expensive (for a good one) for me to pay for by myself. I'd have to share it with someone or something heh.
