I tried some refresh rate changers, but none of them worked because I have only VBE 2.0. I could not find anything on the Internet about this, so I ask it here: How can I get a VBE 3.0?

If You want to change the refresh rates, You won't need to use the shareware UniRefresh. VBEHZ does the same thing for free. (I dont know where is it now, search it with Google...)
