bruins0001,
After the some of the responses your question (http://forum.qbasicnews.com/viewtopic.php?t=3897) received, I can understand your attitude. But if you stick it out, you will find that most people are very helpful, and you can learn a lot here.
Yeah, don't let seph upset you...

People sometimes ask questions out loud that they shouldn't be asking out loud, like:

Why did you post this in here?
Why do you keep adding dots without any meaning or capitalization?
Why can't you use a spell-checker..?
Didn't you get a response for your question?

It is YOUR responsibility for asking a newb question that makes sense.... I also don't think that "downloading" or "saving" is "programmer jargon".

"Can I save my files, or do I download into DOS?" is like saying (improvised):

There are two cows flying over a toaster. One cow asks another cow, "Is it Tuesday or half to two?" The other cow answers, "I don't know, my pockets are full of bolts."
Rather than agreeing with Agamemnus, I'm gonna post a one-stop solution to this problem: http://qbnz.com/pages/downloads/utilities/file.zip.
