I'm back, but I won't be on for a while. I have to recover then do a week's worth of homework while working on the NEXT week's homework.

Two schools of thought.
1. Useless. I got mine removed(ruptured) in High School. ;*)
2. Serves as filter for bacteria. ;*) But yeah pretty useless. ;*)
Oh, so it actually does do something? I thought that it was *completely* useless, ie not even worth having blood pumped through it ;*)
