And in honor of my 100th post indeed, I will present to you something new and something so special, it is just gonna plain blow your very minds completely out of the water in such awestruck excitement and then plenty, so have a *REAL* mondo feast on this:

Believe it or not, this is an *ACTUAL* development-in-progress screenshot taken in an unusual moonlit paradise hidden within the honeycomb caves of Level 1 of âFrantic Journeyâ (FJ), showing the parallaxing golden trees, and, a silkily animated âMode-7â-based background of a HUGE, deep and beautiful glowing lake literally filled to the brim with (DOUBLE gasp!! :o !! ) thick and oh-so-warm gooey honey! Quite fresh and original stuff, huh?

These in-development screenshots were taken from the new look of the Flaming Prominence stages, where it has a custom seamless-tile based map of the red clouds (to *possibly* build up smooth triple-parallax scrolling), to make the heat build up in those stages. And that is only just the beginning!! !
Havinâ fun yet? Then do get a load at this, my original, exciting and *BRAND-NEW* opening storyline for FJ itself!!! ;D !! Here we go:

The year: Galaxy Century 784 (G.C. 784)
As the billions and billions of people made a desperate escape from the rapidly dying planet known as Saerius, they were setting a distant course for new world. The people that escaped were escorted into the stars via the mammoth space yachts. Each yacht has the capacity of carrying up to 250,000 people alone.
The trek through the cosmos was long and utterly hazardous, fraught with all types of assorted wonders and perils. 66 years later (G.C. 850), the vast crew found not one........... not two............ but MANY new worlds!!!
The mammoth space yachts touched down on the surfaces of planets Estoria, Auria, Xariox, and Florius. Theyâve thoroughly checked the air levels on these planets............ and amazingly enough, ALL of the planetsâ air levels were actually breathable!!
The billions and billions of people were so intensely overjoyed as those massive groups from all walks of life emerged out of their respective space yachts, more than eagerly ready to enjoy their newly discovered worlds!! For the next 400 years, the people florished greatly. All was so, so peaceful.

The year now â Galaxy Century 1250 (G.C. 1250)
Suddenly, from out of the cold blackness of deep space comes an unusual and *totally* mysterious object............... but what is it called? And why is it making such a swift approach towards planet Estoria?
A moment after that object had hit the city surface on planet Estoria, it EXPLODED into a gigantic ball of expanding flames, wiping out everything that stood in its all-consuming path. There were so sadly many, many casualties as a result of it. A moment later, that huge ball of fire finally subsides. Just who or what caused that detestable, cowardly act to even happen? Look in the skies!! There lies what could apparently be the cause: a vast enemy empire, known as the Dezarions, which came from right out of nowhere. And then......... they attacked without ANY warning at all.
All hope seemed rather, rather bleakly grim....... UNTIL............ a major counterattack on the Dezarion Empire has *suddenly* been raised!
A large fleet of ships was sent into the skies to push down that fearsome threat! But, it was eventually to no avail whatsoever. However, ONLY one ship survived. It had the built-in suit of armor like a well-powered knight in the very thick of combat. It had the awesome capability of striking and blowing apart even the largest enemy craft! And, it even had such swift and fiery potential to bring out great salvation to planet Estoria and others!!!
Its name: Viper Type-ZR614.
Its pilot: Katsuke Seibishinka.
The battlefield against fear has just been staged. The intensified war is about to unfold *right* before your rather eyes!!
