Or how about we get wildcard to install the birthday mod... everyone then adds their birthday with their profile information, and the database works out how old everyone is, gives out birthday greetings and informs us all when everyone's birthday is

As the mod ain't to big, there surely can't be no reason not to install it... And if no one uses it, simply delete it again.

It's not quite as simple as that, but it's still pretty easy to install
. It just gets your date of birth and stores it in the database along with your other profile information, and works out your age automatically.
