I rather think Seph's signature is more insultive than our TurboFX's remark. Therefore, I have to agree with Aga's proposition.

The magic frame rate for flashing is about 10-30 frames a second. This causes a seizure in epileptic children, made famous by a pokemon episode that messed up about 700 kids watching the show. This only happens to about 5% of epileptics.

No, I think both are insulting. But I was referring to Turbo Fx's about the person in the image, who happens to be a member here and he made it in his joking style. The difference is big, albeit not totally apparent.

Yeah I (think I've) removed it from the sig. So quit complaining for now. Wait til it gets smaller and less noticable, when I'm gonna put it back on the site. Then proceed with complaints.
