For a 'special' title you need to contact Wildcard. he is the webmaster. For the custom pic you need to click profile(among the links besides the QBasic news logo) and you have 3 options:
1. upload your pic(<6Kb, 80x80 pix)
2. provide a link to a off site pic
3. upload your pic from a URL
Ps. use the 'edit' button which is next to the quote button on you message to edit it. dont post multiple posts if you want to add to you question.
