http://www.geocities.com

wtf?!?!
People are only allowed to download so much from you, like 1/2 gig per month (or something like that), before your site gets shut down temporarily.

Could be a mistake (I doubt you were serving lots of huge files to lots of people), if so contact geocities.

EDIT: hey, I just went 32 bit! (386'th post)
Geocities sucks ass. Your data transfer is 3 GB per month, but it's metered hourly, which means you have a transfer limit of about 4.26 MB/hour. Looks like you've exceeded your limit for the hour.

(they probably count uploads as bandwidth too...)
yea geocities is definitely one of those places that you get what you pay for (you pay nothing, you get nothing :normal: )
what do you guys think the best free web site hoster is?
zext.net

so should i switch to them?
If you have a decent site and Marcade knows you, yes. Although I doubt he even knows who you are.
exorsus.net (if my cousin knows you Tongue).

Try www.free-webhosts.com. You can search there for whatever you want, say you want a host that can do PHP but you're not interested in MYSQL you can find one there, or perhaps you want some free scripts you can search for sites with them Smile
