What does this say?

Code:
' Este programa foi desenvolvido pela necessidade Tecnica de manipular |
' a porta paralela pelo antigo sistema DOS podendo usar CPUs simples   |
' e um sistema bastante enxuto.                                        |
' Sou Tecnico em Eletronica e trabalho com projetos e desenvolvimento. |
' Qualquer duvida acesse o email flavioalbert@bol.com.br               |
' A copia esta autorizada, melhorias sao bem vindas.

I got this from a file uploaded to QBNZ.
Well, I'm not right, but let's see how close I get. (i know
no spanish oracle, so do not take my word as fact )

'This program for developer people is necessary for
'technical 'manipulation and porting paralell systems on dos user
'CPU's
'symple system external balance.

'T'ecnical electronics are tribal .com projects and deserve quaker
'divider access on email flavioalbert@bol.com.br
'
'I copy authorised or I'd be arrested.

After typing that, I'm sure nobody likes me anymore. Smile
That's as bad as babelfish Wink
Well, I'm sure this Freetranslation.com translation will clarify everything:

This program foi unfolded peels necessidade Tecnica to manipulate to carries parallel hair antigo system TWO being able to use CPUs simple and um enough system enxuto. Sou Tecnico em Eletronica and trabalho com projetos and desenvolvimento. Qualquer duvida acesse or email flavioalbert@bol.com.br TO copy this authorized, melhorias sao bem sell.

:rotfl:

Stupid Spanish keyboard....

* Looks around for na_th_an *
Geez... that's even worse than babelfish, didn't even translate most the words
This program got ... is needed for ... manipulate
paralell ports ... DOS system ... simple CPU's
... quite [adjective] systems.
... [Something about uncontinued projects?]

I'm not sure if this is good spanish, it doesn't make much sense to
me, it might be spanish from latin america...
It's portuguese. Trying to make an spanish->english translation with a text written in portiguese obviously doesn't work

Code:

If you look closely, you'll notice the .br domain: Brazil. In Brazil they speak a dialect from Portuguese.

More or less it reads "This program was developed to use the parallel port from MSDOS being able to use simple CPU and little featured systems. I'm an Electronics Technician and I work with projects and developing. Mail me to flavioalbert@bol.com.br. Copying is authorised, improvements are welcome".
I may have been wrong, but that was disturbingly close to what I said... o_O
Well, the program is a graphical representation of a monitor plug, I'll put it on QBNZ for download and perhaps you guys can tell me exactly how it works.

Thanks guys Smile

Portuguese and Spanish are very similiar in origin, for someone who doesnt know spanish or portuguese, they can confuse the two easily. It takes a more trained spanish eye (like nathan, Hex, eQ or myself) to tell the difference between the two. Altho they look the same, there are some big differences that separate the two. But yea, the .br tld should have been a big giveaway Wink
