Anyone know a web site provider or something like that that's free. I need to find how to make a website to post my projects up so i won't take alot of space posting a thread with alot of code in it. I don't know any HTML yet (i'm going to be learning it, in about 1 to 2 weeks). If anyone replies i'll be very thankful Big Grin.
Well, http://geocities.com and http://tripod.com are popular...but they suck.
They'll do, however, for a simpe project website...
geocities is better than tripod
Whatever...and http://angelfire.com works too...
all the tripod anglefire sites i see have really crapy banners or frame adds, plus pop ups. geocities has little to medium amount of pop ups and thiere add's on the site you can close.
EDIT:geocities has a html editor. i dont know about other places

Ok thanks for everything Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin

Crap my face is stuck like this Big Grin now.
Try freeservers.com. I think the ads are a bit less over there. As an example see my site:
http://www.basix.8m.net

Its pure HTML( done in front page ) =) and a bit of JS too
There are Brinkster and FreeWebs as well Wink
Brinkster is bleh, they impose a upload file size limit.
Freewebs too isnt too good.
