well, most forums have a link exchange section, this doesnt, so i didnt know where to put it.

If you want it to be news you use the submit feature on the home page. If it's just an announcement you don't post it - not all forums have spam sections, you know

how is this spam when this is in the off topic section, i thought people would like to check it out, so it isn't meaningless.

Just because QBnews has an "off topic" section does not mean any old person can spam away in here. Perhaps you can, if you PM an admin asking for permission.
