I just purchased hosting, http://surpasshosting.com is the one. They seem good, they have some good reviews, Linux OS, fast servers (from what I can see so far), 525 MB, 15 GB bw, subdomains, mysql, php, perl, the works...all for about $5 USD/month.

I'm going to put it online soon so y'all can tell me what you think of the design. It has some grey (of course), some red, and a bit of blue. The rest is white and black.
