In Spain we don't mention whose is the Birthday in the song. What you posted is a literal translation. In Spanish, the song is:

Cumpleaños feliz,
Cumpleaños feliz,
te deseamos todos
Cumpleaños feliz.

Which means "Happy birthday, happy birthday, we all wish you a happy birthday".

What a silly songs. And everyone goes out of tune in the third verse.

In Canada we do it differently. Since we all speak English, I'll have to use the other national langue.
