Uhh, I can't find it. I looked all over the place and whatnot, and I can't seem to find it anywhere. I downloaded it once, but I put it on my old 66 Mhz packard bell and it got exploded. True story. Ahem, anyway... can anyone tell me where to find it?
Tell me the story first! mwahahaha

translation:

You know, qb45.com is not dead. You know you could allways check there. I mean, since that is the place (where) it originated it should be up there, if not I will make sure of it.

(I had a bad time trying to understand... ¡Use stops and commas!)
That's kind of depressing:

A guy FROM the United States with (more than likely) English as a FIRST language, gets out-grammered by a guy from Spain. Oh well, the Spainiards are cool :bounce:

Now I can't figure Future Lib out. But, I know why!

I want to kill my computer (WINDOWS XP  ) I really want to get Windows 98, but I already payed for XP home, and I really don't want to pay another 80-100 + $ for 98. Oh well, PURE QB is better anyway.
If Future.Lib doesn't work in Windows XP, it won't work in Windows 98: it has to do with your graphics card. Trust me, if you have a new computer then Windows XP is the best Windows version for you.

Btw, have you tried the examples? None of them work?
Actually, if you have a new computer, the best choice for your OS is a sledge-hammer to your motherboard several times, a couple swift kicks in the face, a good explaining to about how much computers suck, and then umm..... wait a second... if I hate computers so much, why in God's name to I come here still? My guess is that it's the only place I've ever really belon..... nevermind, this place is the virtual equivalent as Qb45.com, qb45.net, and any other website I've ever been to for an extended period of time for me so I DONT have an excuse, cuz everywhere I go, something shitty happens. Maybe it's my personality. Shit I'm tired. I bet I'll wake up tomorrow morning from my son's crying, calm him, remember I posted something here, check it, see how much I typed that I should have just never typed, see the replies I will probably regret reading, and get really ticked off over it all. And for what? Who knows. God dangit I'm tried. Goodnight America. And Spain.
The "AND SPAIN" part was classy.

Don't take this the wrong way, Seph, but I always thought of you as a young kid than an adult.... HE HE HE.... I never really had a chance to converse with you or anything, so... oh well.

NA_TH_AN:

I've tried to work with the FUTURE.LIB, but I assume that you have to run that executable that sets it up, and it always says: FILE NOT FOUND or something. The Logfile always reads that there's no EMS memory or something, but I was under the impression that Windows XP had built in EMS memory, seeing as how on executables you can actually set the amount of EMS or XMS memory... I further try to use the README included with 3.5, but it tells me to set the screen resolution THIS WAY, and it ends up NOT WORKING. And then I get mad and throw my keyboard against the wall, tilt my head upward and scream: "IS IT ALL WORTH IT, OR SHOULD I JUST QUIT AND GO TO C++!?" Afterwhich, I get repeatedly beaten by neighbors for disturbing the noise ordinance, along with the 75 or so old people that live in the nursing home next door. I just can't get ahead in life!

I've never been able to think outside the box, so to speak, and therefore QB well... Math problems I have dificulty with include word problems, word problems, and, solving problems that involve words with no pictures. It pisses me off. [/rant] or something. GRR. I'm sorry, the previous monolouge of postage space was just my DESPERATE CRY FOR HELP. Not really. I'm feeling very melodramatic tonight, and by melodramatic, for those who don't know what it is, is, by definition, being overly dramatic. For some reason, I am focusing on the bad, when I should be focusing on the GOOD:

I AM A WANDERING GURU NOW! HUZZAH. That is the best news that I have heard in this whole two hour period! Okay! I'm done now! [/whew]
EMS is something that has to do with MSDOS. You are in Windows XP, so no "built-in" EMS. EMS is something you have to activate so the DOSVM can emulate it. Search for a file called _DEFAULT.PIF, when Windows Search finds it right-click and select "properties". Look for the memory tag and change the settings to give EMS and XMS the maximum value allowed.

When you do this OPEN A DOS BOX AND GO TO FULL SCREEN using alt and enter. This is important if you don-t want to have problems with SVGA stuff in Windows XP. Then run the setup program FLBUILD. Now you can select which modules will be in your custom build.

Try this and tell me if it works for you.
