you know what winrar changes it so when you rite click on anything it has a rar option (zip prolly does too)?

Hard way: registry.
Easy way: using the "Send to..." menú. In windows 9X it is at C:\WINDOWS\SENDTO. In Windows 2000 or XP it is at {OS_DRIVE}:\Documents and settings\{USER NAME}\SendTo. Just move to that folder and create there a shortcut to your program.
Maybe I'll write a tutorial on this idea...
Cha0s: I wrote a tutorial earlier, and put it in this forum, about making shell commands attached to folders and drives. Maybe that might help you a little bit.

You can use a mailto as the action of the forum. It requires at least a generation 4 browser to work and it's not the greatest thing in the world but it works.
As far as the tutorial I wrote...it only affects folders or drives, depending on how you use it. I was just hoping it might give you a step in the right direction for figuring out what you need to do...

but yeah. i dun wanna use mailto. cause then if they dont have an email configged, its a reaaal pita, ya know
