I think because my year's qbnz.com domain name reggo is just expired.

There's no way for anyone to access the site at the moment, so qbnz will probably be down for a couple of days.

I'll get it fixed ASAP.
Hrmm, I noticed... too bad though... Sad

Btw, do you have an absolute server address where your stuff is hosted? (or was everything deleted?)
Well, he did say that just the domain registration had expired, so I doubt anything on the server would have been deleted, because I doubt that has anything to do with the host...
I already thought so. But that means there must still be the host's address somewhere... Wink
Tooshay.

(or however you spell it)

So Is there a plain old host address Oracle?
You can still access qbnz...just add the IP to your hosts file:

Code:
69.56.190.130    qbnz.com

The file is \windows\hosts for 9x, \winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts or \windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts for NT/2K/XP. If you're using *nix, it's /etc/hosts. If you're using a Mac, flogging shall commence immediately.
All hail Plasma, Genius of Computing...
Where the hell do you learn these things??
Btw, for Mac users, I suggest stoning as opposed to flogging.
Humm, I added the line and restarted apache, but it still gave me a timeout. Do I have to restart some other service first?
Quote:Humm, I added the line and restarted apache, but it still gave me a timeout. Do I have to restart some other service first?

Doesn't have anything to do with Apache. It's just a work-around while the domain is expired.... (correct me if I'm wrong?)
The browser first looks for matches for what URL you enter in the host file on the local system, then on the DNSs. It's like a local DNS, altho it isn't Dynamic...
