doing other stuff? I tried using the "MB" data in the PLAY commandstring, but the music only plays once.....Is there a way I can make this loop over and over again while I do other stuff?

Look at the ON PLAY function. That should be a good start.

Actually, there is a really good example in the QB help file of how to buffer music using ON PLAY. Look there...it's pretty elementary stuff.
