hey my network internet doesnt work, it use to but now it just stopped. i mean i can share file but i cant search the net from the other computers, anyone else ever have this problem, im running windows xp, 2000 NT , and 98

Internet Connection Sharing...I assumed that you were using ICS because you said "my network internet." Or do you have a router?

Your network broke. this could be caused by spyware, malware, toolbars, newnet, etc etc. Run Ad-aware, delete the badware, and then rebuild your network connections the way you had them before.

Oddly enough some firewalls if not configured right will do the same.
Just think about what you've done in the past few days that could have caused it to go from working to nonworking. (This is after you do the adaware or spybot check).
Also if the gateway is the XP machine, turn off that gheyass XP firewall. It's a piece of horse manure, lets everything in, lets nothing out. :roll:
I assume that you are running a router... and if this is the case, you should call the Tech support of the company who made your router (in my case it was Microsoft). They'll help you out there. I know that when we couldn't get ours working we called them, and after awhile it started working...
