If i remember correctly she had a smartphone running some microsoft OS? It might be helpful to contact their support. Also, why dont you contact the cellular service provider?

Contact the service provider when they locked it themselves so you could only use their network? LOL.

No can can do it here. They can even do what I do on the smartphone(Play my Nes Roms). :*)
