My favorites:
Muenster
Esrom (I like it smoked, too)
Feta
Goat everything: goat feta, goat camombere(sp?), goat cheddar.
And I have some smoked Mozerella and Smoke Guareyera(sp?) in the fridge, waiting to be tried out.

What about you guys? (and please, don't say cheddar...)
Cheddar Big Grin

Seriously though, I only ever eat cheddar cos that's all we ever buy Wink
I like gouda, edam, muenster, Vermont sharp cheddar and white cheese (queso blanco). I want to try erin gold, smoked gouda and New York extra sharp cheddar.
this quite literally is the exact same conversation I held at my lunchtable in 2nd grade. Personally, i'm a fan of pepperjack and mozzerala (pronounced: moo * tzoo * rell). But i do occasionally have the craving for munster Smile
Mozzerella, Monterey Jack, Vermont Seriously Sharp Cheddar (only Cabot makes this stuff), and pretty much any other non-spicy soft/sweet cheese. Also, it's just not living without having Parmesean and/or Romano. Big Grin Any cheese which is strong, spicy, or overly hard (with the exception being Parmesean and Romano) is just gross imo. Big Grin
you have to try this spanish manchego goat cheese that even sweats Big Grin really really spicy. YUM.

I like all kinds of cheese. Now I can think of cheddar, mozzarella, emmental, parmesan and gruyere, but I love the Spanish goat cheeses the most.

I love cheese.
We have Manchego imported from Spain here, but it's horribly expensive. Sad But hey...they're cheaper than bowling balls, and could easily be used as one. Big Grin
Kraft Eden filled cheese. :*)
Quote:I like gouda, edam
*Location* Smile Yeah I know, we're the best *cough*
Yes, I forgot to say I like Edam.
In my city's local huge and fancy and expensive health-food store they have a cheese counter. I'm dying to try that aged-5-years Cheddar. Wink
