you can get a drivers liecence at 14 and 9months. but most parents dont let you =P
that's in the USoA....Ontario, Canada minimum is 16

You can get a license at 14 in America?!?!?! I'm 15 and I have a permit, and on the little card thing they gave, it says you have to be 16 to have a real license...

in NY, you can get a junior permit at 16
a limited license at 17,
and at 18 you get a full license.
