The tool is VB-ish, and the author is Hoker.bas. Please go here to comment and/or give suggestions on transfer.
I know adosorken is programming his GUI Compiler, however I can not visit his homepage. The transfer from old qb7 source may be difficult, but 2 choices is better than only one.
Note: this is a DOS program
