Hello,
I was told that the answer to a question of mine was in "winmm.dll" API references... I'm a noob, and as such, could someone translate that to nooblish please... I open the file winmm.dll that came with FB and it was just gibberish. How do I poen it properly?

A DLL is an executable program and can't be opened with a text viewer.

What you need to check is the documentation for that dll. You can find it here:
