Smile In QB we used ".bas",. why not make a opptional extension support like:

.fbas
.fbp <--{FreeBasic Program]
.sbas <--{Super BAS Big Grin jk]

Then, like the IDEs would open on clicking them, like with DevC++,..

Maybe not, never hurt to voice a oppinion tho,,..
LOL Indeed it doesn't hurt a bit....you voiced yours, did it hurt? Told ya...lol

FBM (Free Basic Module)
FBL (Free Basic Library)
FBH (Free Basic Header)

and last but not least... Victor, pay attention here...LOL

FBP (Free Basic Project) !!!!!!!!! lololol
.fbp is the extension I used for FIDO. .fbx or .fbxl is the extension I use for FBXL. Big Grin
Long Live Adosorken, you have a follower ;-)......awesome dude...
Yes, I like also to have an own extension ("FBC" for "FreeBasicCompiler" or "FreeBasicCode", like you want ;-) ).

My GFA-Basic has *.g32 and always the correct editor is opening, but *.bas is PowerBasic or Visual Basic or freeBASIC and mostly the wrong editor is starting up...

Bye bye, Peter

You can find the answer in the first post.
In the end it's all just straight ASCII text, so you could call them *.kiwi or *.antidisestablishmentaryism and it wouldn't matter Smile

I know that, ^_^ I ment something official, for that editor (IDE, who ever made it could include something like that), Ado beat me to it,. (e.i. Dev C++ has .dev (and .cpp), when you click on it, it opens the editor and the file,.. very nice..)
