Finally we have an usable help file for FB

There are a few bits that isn't quite finished (ie. the inline assembly part), but other than that, it's just great. Could be a bit more fancy with some formatting of course But this would be a very nice addition to any IDE out there. (F1 = help on this keyword / information about this variable)
