Ok, maybe this news doesn't really interest you but since I'll be posting a lot of questions in FB forums I would like to say few things in general.

I'm a game designer not a programmer so treat me like a dummy.
I don't have Internet at home and I'm online 2-3 times per month so please be tolerant and patient with me. I'll ask many things that you might think are asked because of sheer laziness or stupidity but since I don't have an option of checking things, going online to get something else, trying it out and going online again I can't help it.
I want to learn things which will be useful in game desing. I learn BEST from EXAMPLES and not from instructions. Also, I've spent some much time using routines in QB that are useless when put into a game. First version of LONG code was a nightmare of gigantic proportions and I don't want to repeat that mistake with porting Evil Baron Lachie to FB. So far I was unable to port any part of EBL to FB because I had an outdated version of FB. Frustrating. My fault, I know. Especially because I was not able to try out wonderful BasetFurry's tutorials from QB Express #7(yes, I do have SDL).

Thanx in advance
Cool. It'll be exciting to see what you can do. Your QB games have always been fun. Wink
This reminds me. I should download your games for my QBasic Games Directory. Hush-hush.

EDIT: I can't download Pacenstein and TankWars from your site. Do you know any other source? It's possible that I already downloaded your game. But since I downloaded around 300 QB games and half-games who can remember.
Cool Lachie...I expect 8 finished fb-games before Christmas from you...
Eh? I don't have a site...

Pacenstein is:

It's actually pretty crappy game though. I'm doing a 3D Pacman with FreeBASIC. Wink
Woot! FB needs a few games with extreme polish. Smile
woot!!!
To Lachie:

Hello once again now to you! ;*) Hey, if some really *amazing* 256-color palette fades are what strikes your fantasy in creating your newest FB games, then nothing quenches your thirst better than “The New FreeBASIC 8-Bit Palette Machine”, and you can see its main page right here. Currently it is at version 1.1, and more new features are planned to be added in newer versions of this (including my own custom associated palette file format for it, too! Cool ). Stay tuned now!

I am just helping you out on your FreeBASIC programming journey, Lachie. :king: And, see you later and I wish the rather best of great success to you on your giant leap forward here, too!!!

Even the word "programmer" can actually be divided into more sections, but that is irrelevant at the moment.

Lachie, I'm looking forward to see a game you made in FB... Tongue Have fun making games in FB ^_^.

For anyone's information, I also stepped to FB (finally, the FB gurus would say), which means we might decide to release the QB version of Total Destruction 2. Whether it will be recoded in FB is still unknown. For, top priority for me atm is making modules for FV.
