Did'nt noticed how they appeared: I have in my fb (win) base folder 1418 files of 641 bytes each, named dyqbs00000.o to dyqbs01418.o

Where they come from? It's from the install, or from some funny example?
Can I delete them?

BTW: The sources zip does not contain the code for the compiler, it has only libs.

These are temporary files, which were created during generation of the libraries. They should have been deleted after the generation.

Those are dlltool's temp files, GNU people don't like temp dirs, see?

I may change it for the next release, i had to fix the code anyways..

Compiler source is not in the same archive as the runtime lib one, they are released under different licenses, etc
