whats up with the file://I ....
Obviously you're using some sort of automatic HTML generator for links; enter the link target as mailto:gibsond@eastmont206.org -- the e-mail address alone will not work.
the link works like that. i didnt make the code. i checked the scource and it didnt give any program names like front page.
where did you find it?
Clicking the links in question give a "page not found" error (looking for an I: drive which I do not have).

That page has the source code formatting style of Dreamweaver. It is most likely that somebody used the "insert link" button and forgot (or didn't know) to put the mailto: prefix on the e-mail address. Which sadist chose the colour scheme... it burns.
I had that problem when viewing the page's source in firefox....it creates these direct links...it works for you Diroga because that's the path to your HD's where your website is saved...for us to see them you'll have to change them back to their relative paths on the webserver or it will never work for us...but will work for you...unless you delete that path in your HD...
I'm not on the network that hosts the file. (why do you people keep making asumptions about my posts???) i could acceess the same website from home as work(yeah i spider for a liveing).

SO, the person who made the site used dreamweaver, but what is the file:// a refrance to?
file:// indicates that the URI refers to a file on the local system.
Try typing this into your browser: file:///C:/
(The 3 slashes are not a typo).
