Other stuff I often listen to includes Ministry, Devin Townsend Band (or Ocean Machine or Terria if you prefer to call it either :p), Shotgun Messiah (only their last album, really), old-ish Metallica, Megadeth (of course), Dio, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, and Fear Factory. Also any good ol' folk music I can get my hands on.
(I certainly don't mind classical music, in fact I like a fair bit of it, but don't ask me to name many composers or peices apart from the well-known ones)

Ah! How could I forget Pantera??!! Cowboys from Hell is my current favorite song to listen to. Mouth for War rocks...and Cemetery Gates! I haven't got much from them though, just their greatest hits CD.
You should really get ahold of their 'Vulgar Display of Power' album. All killer, no filler-- amazing stuff.
