I've ended up creating a couple more concept articles(simple things, mostly), and I've continued to put the CPT prefix on the names. Nobody has any problems with that, do they? If there is a problem, just let me know. I won't make any more until I get some responses.
Leave it, it shows it's only a concept and not a real article.

He was probably experiencing a bug which caused an old post to show up as unread. I've had that problem too.
Skyler's right, it was marked as unread. So, I just posted here. Still, WTF? From 2005? 2006 is nearly over and this thing was near the top! I'm sorry for posting in something this old.
