Nah. I don't think QBasicNews needs a shoutbox. I don't see any point in it. The forums are really for the exact same purpose that a forum is for.

Basically, I think it would be a bit overkill.

My opinion...

so if anybody can give me a reason why there should be a shout box, i would side with them. otherwise i see no point in having one if there is a forum.
