Yes, it's a pic of a dunmer from morrowind. One of my charecters.

7/10 horse...

I use FPM (Fine Picture Mode) on my screen, which makes things scaringly dark (but really brings out detail) and i can see it fine. And seeing dark things is usually a problem for me...
