If you need artwork for an upcoming game, your sig/avatar etc. reply with your requests. Then if somebody wants to take the challenge, PM him/her with questions on the image should look. When it is finished, PM the image to the requester and please thank the person in your game/sig. If it is a simple operation, such as resizing an image, just use MS paint's stretch/skew option and don't bother digital artists about it...
MS Paint is the worse thing you could possibly use to resize a image. Suggestions for resizing:

RipTide, PhotoShop, The GIMP, or any other editor made to EDIT images. (MS Paint doesn't have any real editing tools in general, but great for creating)
I need both graphics and music artists for a 2D rpg I have been working on for some time. Looking for Final Fantasy or later zelda style graphics using 80x80 tiles with 1024x768 resolution. The sizes may change but that is what it is for now.

As for the music I'll accept various styles and open to suggestion, but generally speaking would like it to be at least a little like classic FF music.

The game itself is well thought out and I have big plans for it =). I am having some trouble with some of the coding but I am prolly gonna shortcut past the problems I am having for now and continue on.

If you wanna contact me pm me here, AIM = 'smithcosoft' or talk to me in irc (#badlogic on efnet) plz dont pm me if you aren't going to be willing/able to finish the job ... thanks =)

Irfan View is a great manipulation program as well. No generation tools, but some nice editing ones.
This will get full of 1,000 coders and 1-2 artists.

Joe pixel-artist will only join Joe-I-have-a-really-decent-engine-which-works-and-beats-all-the-crap-of-everything-done-before 'ish.
