Nah, that's not pillow shading. 'Pillow shading' is when you simply have the object get brighter at the center and darker at the edges, with no real light source. That folder, while it may appear somewhat 'bulky', definately has a (logical) light source. A possible solution would be to redo the shading with less dramatic and thick bands of shadows and highlights.

Call it whatever you like. The fact is that it looks like two pillows glued together by one side, not a folder

The flat one which was antialiased was better.

I like the last one too. Only, I'd suggest keeping the shade between the folder and the white background. Otherwise, 'tis hard on the eyes.
