Most ISPs in Spain offer cheap WI-FI packages. You install it at home but often it reaches way further 
In my campus we have a Wi-Fi network as well that covers the whole campus composed of seven faculties and a big green zone, so it's big enough. If you go there with your laptop you get around 11 Mbps :o , so I guess it's enough for your console
