Yeah, my dl and upload speeds are similar to whitetiger's. I have 6.33 Mbps upload and about 400 kbps download.

i can't find qbasicnework for some reason.

thats the results i got w/ cox cable, there "premier" tier internet, wich is the highest class they have... just short of having a buisness accnt (i've actually considered getting buisness accnt hehe)
