well it's not good enough.
It has just 1 problem: it doesn't look furry. It looks made of plastic or bald skin, which is somewhat creepy. Work on the texture a bit.
(I'm having a hard time giving you hints at this, 'cause I never liked humanized animals).
I liked the older one way better. It was better with a transparent BG, and without long hair (which I think makes it look creepy)

Yeah, I know... heh... I'm slowly figuring out how to Photo-Shop line art.. Or GIMP it technicaly... This go I finialy figured out how to texture the hair.. I'm trying to figure how to do the same with the more open areas of fur...

Tho, I don't really have long hair (I like it really short irl, less to cumb XD ) Transparing BG, yeah, I might fix that, seems a solid one gets alot of bad reviews....
