Dual blade, cause they are cool! Wink .... Took me like 30mins to an hour to make.... (Not counting the time it took to model a 3D forge, anvil, and hammer.... O_o ....)
sweet, thanks for having a more creative contest dude. *whips out blender*
I've already started. This is turning out to be quite a lot of fun!

It was inspired by your post.... I read sword and insantly tested it out... It fell under 3 hours to make, so it passed (not like it was going to take that long or longer.. that's just my skill level test limit..(Figuring, 5-6 days... 24 * that = 120 - 144 hours to work out a 3 hour(or less) model... whether it's 30 mins here and there...)) :winkwink:

Now lets see some sword play!
So can I resubmit my entry from last year? :b

You could, but pratice would be good.. Next challenge I'm thinking about is going to be just a hair bit more technical, so some polly push ups would be a plus.... Wink
Awesome! I'm entering in this one for sure!

Or aren't you talking about your light-saber
Well, I got mine done quickly. If it it needs it, I may adjust some things (mostly materials so it looks more like steel). This is modelled after a 15th century longsword.

Enjoy! C&C (Comments and Critique) are VERY welcome Wink.

Edit: Based off of this design.
Looks good, but it kinda looks like the edges of the blade are too squared off. I think it would look pro, if you made it sharper. Wink
