Your decision to make this project open-source is a great thing. Congratulations for that.
Looks superb - I'd only complain about the way the dragon tail follows the head. It probably uses a linear approach, it would look better if the positioning would be done using second grade equations, I mean using velocity and acceleration, so the shape the whole thing takes is parabolic, not linear. I don't know if I'm making myself clear, tho :-?

About the tail thing. I think my next tutorial about chain-like animation might solve this. Not on a smart way, but the lines I get with my method are parabolic.
