There was this one great site this guy made. I can't find it any more as I erased it from my bookmarks for some reason and I don't remember what I searched on google to find it.
His tutorials had a great section on how to draw the female body (anime style) and how to do smoke and metal effects in photoshop.
Specifically the smoke effect he showed was coming from a gun if that narrows the site down a bit.
I need to look it up as it's my #1 source for art stuff and I must know which pencils I want to aquire.
