Hmmm... In the US, cops are notorious for sitting in donut shops, letting the really bad criminals go free and ticketing citizens for speeding. Kinda like a big fat fish that sits there waiting for something smaller to swim by it's mouth. It's just an old cliche sterotype.

Sure, we're all aware of the cop + donut connection, but its not even a donut shop any more.... its just a vacant building. I dont see why this would require for anyone to be "forcibly removed from the gene pool". I definitely think either Nek got the wrong end of the stick, or wrong link...
