I just noticed that Red, Green, and Blue all have the Qbasic color codes 4, 2, and 1, respectively.

R = 4 = 100
G = 2 = 10
B = 1 = 1

Coincidence? I think not. Conspiracy? I think so...!
the 16 bit color system works as such

bit 1: blue
bit 2: green
bit 3: red
bit 4: intensity

this way you get 8 combinations of red blue and green, and a brighter version of them, totalling 16 colors.
Yeah but I thought it was odd how the Qbasic color system worked out as such, seeing as Qbasic is as old as that senator who never dies...
