Does anyone know where I can ge a freeware program that will "decompile" AVIs, MOVs, etc. into a folder full of frames?
I think VirtualDub can do that.
doesn't mediacoder have a feature that does that?
Looks like VirtualDub will do it, at least if that's what "decimating frames" is.
