A new qb mag? |

Right, ive been meaning to post this some time now, whod be interested in a new qb mag, since most of the current qb mags are dead?
I was thinking of making it sort of like a cross from qbtm and vplanet, then with the layout of pixelate.....
Now issues wouldnt be monthly or anything, thed probably show up 4 times a year or so... BUT i would make it so that the site would be interactible much like pixelate.co.za where people can submit articles and request them..... and it could be part of qbnews....
Now the real Question is, who would be willing to help out and contribute etc, becuase while i can work on the actual article stuff, im horrible at webdesign.
Now i have tons of more stuff that i can mention and how its going to work etc, but for now i just want to see how many people would be willing to help out becuase im not going to do it by myself.

How About inreasing page size? |

I dont know about other people, but personally, id rather wait for a larger page to load then load two pages and have to reaload avatars and what not...
Now im not saying increase the amount of posts per page to 100 or so, but 25 - 50 would be nice.....
This way, hot topics will be actuall hot topics.

Hey!
I currently was made admin here at QBNews, and I was wondering about changing some stuff, namely the emoticons.
Now I know the emoticons are fine, but how about a little change?
If the voting goes in favour of change, I will figure out a set or two and run another poll on the sets. If you have any good sets that you want to contribute, then go ahead an PM/Mail me. I am also open for questions!
Thanks!

Welcome to the new challenge forum. There will be a weekly or bi-weekly challenges. Each challenge will require different skills to the previous ones. So for the first challenge I've let it be decided by a poll for the type of challenge.
Each challenge should not take long to complete but there will be no maximum time allowed(therefore take as much time as you need).

SmacMan programming help wanted! |

I'm trying to get a game called "Smacman" (a pac-man clone game, starring
two guys named "Mr. Smiley" (as the good guy) and "Mr. Donut" (as the bad
guy)) working in a more normal fashion.
More specifically, I want Mr. Smiley to move without having to repeatedly hit the arrow keys and I want Mr. Donut to move like he actually knows where he's going and not jittering back and forth all over the place!
I will provide the game source code upon request.
Any help/advice greatly appreciated.
Jared
